I was curious how a smaller guitar like the Taylor GS-mini Koa would sound recorded through a mic instead of using the built-in pickup system. I find it very difficult to get the right settings in Studio One 6 to make it sound right to my ears. This time I didn’t do a lot of EQ modifications and added some reverb. Not sure if I added enough or too much in my quick attempt.

I played a little riff from The Kid Laroi’s Love Again song in a different key and tempo.
What do you think so far? What other effects would you suggest to make it sound more like you are sitting in front of the guitar?
